Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customer must have receipt or customer record on file.
New, sealed vinyl can be returned for full refund if in original condition. If new vinyl is opened and found to be defective, it can be returned for a replacement copy.
If used vinyl is found to be defective, it can be returned for store credit.
Audio equipment cannot be returned once opened. Any defects should be resolved through manufacturer warranty.
If you ordered online or can’t make it into the store within 30 days of purchase, email help@3hive.com with your order # or your name and date of purchase.
